I would like to apologize for the delay on this one but I have been very busy.
The seventh and final day of halloween is all souls day or el dio de los muertos. This is the day that the gateway between the world of the living and the world of the dead is closed. All of the souls that died within the last year and have just been chilling in limbo, can finally move on to the after life. So just like the souls, the seventh day of Halloween says good bye to Halloween.
